Knowledgeable, trustworthy and effective
I listed my home in Brislington knowing it was a tough selling market but Stacey was able to put it in front of some excellent quality leads straight away and I had two offers from the first day of viewings. I was very impressed by the professionalism and the quality of service throughout the transaction. Would definitely recommend.

Strongly recommend
We made the mistake of choosing the wrong estate agent who in 5 weeks or so, only generated two viewings. Changing to Eveleighs, immediately paid dividends with many viewings in the first few weeks and our property sold within the first four weeks which was amazing. The viewings were conducted by Vicky & Jamie, who were extremely professional and supplied us with prompt feedback emails, lots of advice, and the office is so easy to contact and super helpful, as we had never sold a house before. Once the sale was progressing Tracey dealt with our queries, liaised with our solicitors, and ensured the sale went through seamlessly. We would strongly recommend Eveleighs and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Had a great house selling experience thanks to Eveleighs and in particular thanks to Shane. Shane's excellent local property knowledge and excellent sales skills without being pushy meant we quickly got viewings as the property was marketed at the correct price point and a sale agreed with ease. I would highly recommend Eveleighs without reservation. Many thanks again. 🙏
