Online Marketing
Eveleighs will market your property through Rightmove, the UK's most visited property portal. We actively update photos regularly to prevent your property becoming stale or season dated.
Professional Brochures
No photocopied A4 paper for Eveleighs! We produce professionally printed full colour brochures, with great photos and clear floor plans. Eveleighs want your potential buyers to have good reasons to come and view your property.
Accompanied Viewings
All viewings will be accompanied only by an Eveleighs partner i.e. no part timers or meet and greet representatives. Eveleighs partners will know from speaking to you what is good about living in your house and will professionally convey that to your potential buyers. We will have addressed with you beforehand any issues that may be raised as a negative and find out how these negatives can be managed effectively.
Eveleighs are totally flexible when it comes to viewings and will always try to accommodate the wishes of both you and your potential buyers. Weekends and evenings are not a problem for us.
Ease of Communications
There is nothing more frustrating than having to chase Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers and Conveyancing Solicitors for information. That is why we at Eveleighs have a system whereby you can log into our website 24/7 and see the most up-to-date information on any viewings/feedback or negotiations. If you also choose to use our conveyancing and mortgage partners, you will find they offer the same service so you can always find out what is happening right the way through the sales process at a time which is convenient to you.
Furthermore, Eveleighs and our mortgage and conveyancing partners are all available by telephone well outside of normal office hours and on weekends, so communication is one less worry to you.
Mortgage Services
In order to give our customers a wide choice of mortgages, Eveleighs have joined forces with London & Country Mortgages, the UK's leading fee free mortgage and insurance broker. Unlike many estate agents who charge a fee for mortgage advice, L&C provide Eveleighs' clients with FREE mortgage advice. L&C are arguably the most respected mortgage broker in the business, having won over 60 awards for their service since 2002. They provide regular comment and best buy tables for the national press and have appeared on TV programmes including Tonight, Watchdog and BBC's Working Lunch.
Following an introduction from Eveleighs, L&C advise customers over the phone, by email and post, or face to face in their Bath offices. They offer extended opening hours, 9.00am-8.00pm Mon-Thurs, 9.00am-5.30pm Fri and Sat, and 10.00am-4.00pm Sun to fit in with busy lifestyles.
In addition to their free advice service, L&C also offer a 10% discount for Pickfords removals, and up to 10% for Comet white and brown goods.

Conveyancing Service
One very important aspect of your home purchase is to find someone who can efficiently take care of all your legal work at a competitive price. That is why Eveleigh have teamed up with MyHomeMove property lawyers, the UK's largest providers of conveyancing services, to offer you a fantastic value-for-money, hassle free service.
In keeping with Eveleighs pledge to maintain extended communications, MyHomeMove are available 8am-8pm Mon to Fri and much of the weekend. Your case is logged and updated every 20 minutes so you can always be sure you know exactly what is happening to your case either by phone or via your dedicated log in.
