Eveleighs is the new name in Estate Agency for Saltford, Keynsham & surrounding areas, bringing proven modern methods to buying and selling your home whilst retaining traditional values.

Founded by Robin Eveleigh who has 15 years experience as both an Estate Agent and local businessman, Robin resides in Saltford with his wife and two children who both attend local schools in Saltford & Keynsham.

For our vendor (selling) customers we start the process with an accurate and honest property valuation. Following this, we produce full colour professionally printed marketing material to show properties in the best light with great photographs and clear floor plans. We also make sure that all viewings are only carried out by experienced Eveleighs partners i.e. no part time resources or viewing agents.

Buyers

For our buyers, we take time to fully qualify their position in the buying process and to fully appreciate exactly what they are looking for. This, in our experience, eliminates time wasting for both vendors and buyers whilst also ensuring that buyers are in the best possible position to take advantage of any properties that meet their criteria.

With regards to viewings we fully appreciate how busy people's lives are today, so we offer a range of flexible accompanied viewing times including daytime, evenings, or weekends; all at times to suit you and the vendor.

Contact & Online Communications

Estate Agency hours are traditionally 9:00 to 18:00 weekdays, 9:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays and more often than not, closed all day Sunday. At Eveleighs we understand that most people are at work during 9:00 to 18:00, therefore our opening hours are 8:00 - 20:00 which enable customers to contact us before or after work. Saturday opening hours are 9:00 - 17:00, in addition to Sunday from 10:00 - 16:00. With regards to Eveleighs out of hours telephone answering service, and any emails received, we always endeavour to respond to any messages within 2 hours.

Eveleighs also provide a password protected login for customers who wish to view the most up-to-date information on the buying or selling of property, directly from their home or office, 24/7.
